- we allow 15 minutes as FREE of charge for the vehicle to get loaded and unloaded, any additional extra time will be charged accordingly by 30 minutes increments.
- make sure you have the manpower or forklifts available to manipulate the freight, otherwise you will be charged accordingly as per difficulty of the job.
- orders outside of hours 07:00-18:00 will include a surcharge of £30.
- we can issue full refunds only if the order is cancelled with at least 24 hours before the collection time.
