BEYOND THE POSTCODE

The unit base needs a clear arrival plan.

A location address may cover several entrances or a dispersed production. Identify where the courier should meet the crew.

Explore UK collection coverage
At collection

Confirm the hire desk or release contact, full case list and any return references.

At delivery

Give the studio or unit-base entrance, vehicle restrictions and the crew member meeting the delivery.

At handover

Keep the receiving contact reachable. Electronic proof of delivery records the completed handover.

DETAILS THAT SHAPE THE JOURNEY

Keep the equipment movement clear

List the cases and separate items, including stands, cables and accessories. Give packed dimensions, weights and any upright requirements. A camera case and a long lighting stand use space differently. Declare batteries and other restricted contents before acceptance, and discuss the applicable cover for valuable equipment.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Your film & tv delivery questions.

Can you collect from an equipment hire company?

Give the release reference, full equipment list, ready time and hire desk contact. Declare batteries and any other restricted contents before acceptance.

Can you deliver to a filming location?

Send the unit-base or studio entrance details, restrictions and a reachable crew contact. Explain any parking or access instructions when requesting the quote.

Can you return kit before a hire cut-off?

Tell us when it will be packed and released, the return reference and the hire company’s final receiving time. We assess the route and timing before confirming.

What do you need for an accurate quote?

Send the collection and delivery postcodes, goods-ready time, latest useful arrival, package count, packed dimensions and total weight. Add the contacts, access details and handling requirements specific to the goods.

How quickly can collection be arranged?

We aim to arrange collection within 60 minutes where possible, subject to location and a suitable vehicle being available. The team confirms the individual collection and delivery plan before dispatch.

Can I pay by card and track the delivery?

Card and BACS payments are accepted, with arrangements confirmed at booking. Live tracking and electronic proof of delivery help your team follow the dedicated journey and record the handover.
