A replacement appliance part, event supply or urgent hotel order can need a dedicated movement. RGP Trans assesses hospitality courier work for hotels, restaurants, venues and their suppliers. Give the receiving department and service deadline, together with the actual packed load, so delivery can be planned around the operation.
Discuss your delivery
Typical examples to help describe your enquiry. Acceptance and handling are confirmed for the actual load.

Send packed weight and confirm loading or lifting equipment.
Coordinate the delivery with the venue access window.
Describe boxed supplies, equipment or replacement components individually. Heavy appliances may need a different vehicle and loading plan from tableware or signage. Declare fragile contents and valuable equipment. Refrigerated food transport is not part of our standard vehicle offering; discuss the exact requirement before booking.
A guest reception is not always the right delivery point. Give the kitchen, stores, engineering or events contact and the relevant loading entrance. Explain restricted delivery periods and parking. Agree unloading assistance, particularly where goods must move through narrow corridors or to a different floor.
Start with the goods-ready time and the latest useful arrival. We assess the route, vehicle and agreed handling together, then confirm availability and the quote. A one-off delivery does not require an account.
Keep the collection and receiving contacts reachable. Live tracking and electronic proof of delivery help your team follow the movement and record the handover. If the load or access changes, tell us before dispatch so the plan can be checked.
Send the collection and delivery postcodes, packed dimensions, total weight, quantity and timing. Include the contacts and access instructions at both addresses. For hospitality, explain the specific handling requirements described above so we can assess the actual movement.
