BEYOND THE POSTCODE

A receiving deadline needs a receiving person.

Name the authorised contact, counter or office rather than relying on the building address alone.

Explore UK collection coverage
At collection

Confirm who can release the sealed documents, the matter reference and any authorisation checks.

At delivery

Give the receiving counter or office, its opening hours and the contact authorised to accept the documents.

At handover

Keep the receiving contact reachable. Electronic proof of delivery records the completed handover.

DETAILS THAT SHAPE THE JOURNEY

Protect the document trail

Seal and label the consignment, agree the receiving contact and keep the delivery reference with your matter record. Tell us if identification or a collection authorisation is needed. We provide transport; court filing, process serving and legal checks are separate activities and must not be assumed within the booking.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Your legal firms delivery questions.

Can you arrange a signed-document return?

Tell us the outward and return addresses, who will sign and when the documents will be ready to come back. We assess the complete movement; signing, filing and process serving are not automatically part of courier transport.

Can you collect from a records store?

Yes, we can assess a prepared records collection. Confirm release authorisation, box count, weight, access and the receiving office before booking.

How are confidential papers handed over?

Keep documents sealed and use a suitable reference. Give the authorised release and receiving contacts, plus any identification instructions to be agreed with the team.

What do you need for an accurate quote?

Send the collection and delivery postcodes, goods-ready time, latest useful arrival, package count, packed dimensions and total weight. Add the contacts, access details and handling requirements specific to the goods.

How quickly can collection be arranged?

We aim to arrange collection within 60 minutes where possible, subject to location and a suitable vehicle being available. The team confirms the individual collection and delivery plan before dispatch.

Can I pay by card and track the delivery?

Card and BACS payments are accepted, with arrangements confirmed at booking. Live tracking and electronic proof of delivery help your team follow the dedicated journey and record the handover.
