BEYOND THE POSTCODE

The visitor entrance is rarely the loading bay.

A venue delivery needs the event, hall and on-site contact. Use the organiser’s goods-in instructions for the actual booking.

DETAILS THAT SHAPE THE JOURNEY

Use the venue loading instructions

Provide the event name, hall, stand number and loading entrance, plus any vehicle booking reference. A visitor postcode may not lead to goods-in. Tell us the build-up deadline and when the equipment can be accepted. Include the on-site contact who will meet the vehicle.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Your events & exhibitions delivery questions.

Can you deliver to NEC or ExCeL goods-in?

We can assess deliveries to exhibition venues. Give the event, hall, stand, organiser’s loading instructions, booking reference and on-site contact for the actual movement.

Can you collect after an exhibition?

Confirm the goods-ready time, collection point, case count and person staying with the load. Include the return address and its opening hours.

Can wheeled cases use a ramp or tail lift?

Tell us case weights, dimensions and loading arrangements. We confirm a suitable vehicle and equipment; ramp or tail-lift access must be agreed for the booking.

What do you need for an accurate quote?

Send the collection and delivery postcodes, goods-ready time, latest useful arrival, package count, packed dimensions and total weight. Add the contacts, access details and handling requirements specific to the goods.

How quickly can collection be arranged?

We aim to arrange collection within 60 minutes where possible, subject to location and a suitable vehicle being available. The team confirms the individual collection and delivery plan before dispatch.

Can I pay by card and track the delivery?

Card and BACS payments are accepted, with arrangements confirmed at booking. Live tracking and electronic proof of delivery help your team follow the dedicated journey and record the handover.
